Calamitous Stages are stages with a difficulty level above Ultimate & Nightmare stages. Currently, there are two types:
- Monthly-recurring, where players battle against the Corrupted Sealed Lords, and
- Chronon-related, where players may obtain

Monthly-recurring[]
On its first release, these calamitous stages will open for about a week. From there on, the stages will each return for a day at the beginning of every month (refer to table in the following section).
When the stage's boss is defeated, it will drop its base (non-corrupted) form as a card, which can then be Power Released into its corrupted form using Core of Dooms. Due to the stage's higher level of difficulty, it is recommended to farm the base card from the LR Pass instead: Sealed Lords Part I (Seal 1~5) and Sealed Lords Part II (Seal 6~9).
A total of 3 Core of Dooms can be obtained from each stage: one from clearing the stage for the first time, and two more for completing the 3-star achievement. These rewards can only be obtained once, as they are not reset upon subsequent returns.

Clearing these calamitous stages will reward players with a 3-star blank card, and is currently the only way of obtaining them. This reward can only be obtained once, as they are not reset upon subsequent returns.
