Effect	Each Round before Summoner starts moving Runestones, all Fire Runestones will be locked; Team Attack -20% for each Locked Runestone dissolved (triggering Dragonic Compulsion will be regarded as dissolving all present Locked Runestones). The lower the enemy's HP, the dramatically greater its Attack will be. When its HP drops to a certain level, the enemy attacks twice a Round.
