Effect	The enemy will lock the Active Skills and attacks of all Earth Members from the first Round onwards. Each Round before Summoner starts moving Runestones, all Earth Runestones will be locked; Team Attack -20% for each Locked Runestone dissolved (triggering Dragonic Compulsion will be regarded as dissolving all present Locked Runestones).
