Effect	Each Round before Summoner starts moving Runestones, all Light Runestones will be locked; Team Attack -20% for each Locked Runestone dissolved (triggering Dragonic Compulsion will be regarded as dissolving all present Locked Runestones). The enemy receives Damage only when Runestones are dissolved according to the shape of the frame (Runestones adjacent to the frame cannot be dissolved together). The enemy attacks regardless of all Damage-reducing and Willpower Skills.
