On Siberia’s glacier, Hyoga opened up a hole and jumped into the water.
Hyoga struggled to escape the turbulence but failed. After rocking for a while, he returned to the surface as the vortex had disappeared. Getting out of water, Hyoga saw nothing but snow and ice.
Hyoga: This looks like Siberia, but it’s not my original world.
Hyoga spotted the tiny differences in the environment. Wandering around slowly, he found a shadow ahead of him.
Hyoga: That looks familiar…She is…
Hyoga’s calmness wavered as he quickly recognised his mother walking up front, who was supposed to be resting at the bottom of the sea. Losing his rational thinking, Hyoga chased the shadow immediately.
Hyoga: Mama! Don’t go!
The frozen lake cracked suddenly, swallowing Hyoga into the water. The extreme coldness was freezing him.
Hyoga: This means nothing compared to my practice in Siberia.
Hyoga: No…It’s burning my skin like fire. This isn’t ice. It’s a pool of acid!
Soaking in acid, Hyoga’s body was being corroded as if bitten by bugs.
Turning around, Hyoga saw a familiar figure.
Hyoga: Master Camus? Why are you here?
Camus ignored Hyoga’s question and hit him with few light-speed punches. Hyoga went down immediately.
Hyoga: Wait! Why…Master Camus, we don’t have any reason to fight each other.
Ignoring Hyoga again, Camus kept on attacking him.
Hyoga: You leave me no choice. I’ll be defeated if I don’t fight back. And I still have a destination to go. I can’t go down here before finding Athena.
With a chilling mist, Hyoga pounced on Camus to attack.
Hyoga: Forgive me Master Camus!
Hyoga: Master Camus, we don’t need to fight! Stay out of the way!
Hyoga: Diamond Dust!
Hyoga hesitated during the attack, giving Camus to block it easily. Meanwhile, Camus struck without holding back. Closing to the speed of light, the frost punch hit Hyoga continuously. Hyoga got overpowered and went down suffering from frostbite.
Hyoga: Ah…Why…I don’t understand why I have to fight Master Camus. Do we really need to kill each other?
